Delivery areas & fees

• We deliver across Egypt.
• Cairo: 75 EGP
• All other governorates: 150 EGP
• The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

• Orders are carefully prepared and delivered within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, sales and public holidays.

Order confirmation

• After you place your order, our team may call or message you to confirm your order and address before it is shipped.
• Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so your order arrives on time.

Payment

• Cash on delivery is available, along with the online payment methods shown at checkout.

Inspect before you accept

• You can open and inspect your order in front of the courier before paying or accepting it.
• If anything is wrong or damaged, you can refuse it and contact us. We will make it right at no extra cost.

Missed deliveries

• If the courier can’t reach you after more than one attempt, the order may be returned to us.
• Re-delivery may require paying the delivery fee again.
